I really went from tired to terrific in 10 days! The book is rather technical and some might be tempted to skip over the drudge to get to the "good stuff", but to understand how the supplements work it is necessary to read all the chapters. I have always said that I was born tired and have been a low energy person my entire life. After just two weeks I was sleeping better and now two months into using the supplements I have more energy than I could have ever imagined. I start a cardio funk dance class tonite!

A really great book!

I really enjoyed reading The Evil Twin. It was about a girl named Margo who wanted to start a new life. She traveled to
Sweet Valley, California, and found twins named Elizabeth and Jessica, who oddly enough looked just like Margo except
for their hair and eye colors. Margo, wanting a fresh start, learned everything there was to know about Elizabeth before
trying to kill her and take over her life. Luckily, Jessica stopped Margo before she killed her twin. I think it was
unrealistic how Margo, a girl who somehow looked EXACTLY like the twins, Elizabeth and Jessica, could just dye her
hair, get color contacts and POOF! look just like the twins. But I liked how the author wrote the book. I liked the point
that Margo wanted to get a new life, to get away from her old family and that's why she tried to kill Elizabeth. It's
a great book, despite it being unrealistic in a few ways, and I recommend it to anyone who loves a good thriller.

Reading this book was a pleasure and a personal growth experience for me. The autohor's open minded attitude to learning and accepting a culture not her own was encouraging throughout the book. This book is a must read for anyone like me - opinionated and open minded. Fernea provides insight into understanding the people and culture behind the oppression of their religion. I still don't agree with the Muslim religion, but at least I can respect the women that do.

I read The Shining in two days. Once I picked it up, it never left my hands. I was enchanted with Danny's personality, his innocence in spite of the terrible gift bestowed upon him. I broke out into a sweat as Danny dreamed he was being chased through the halls by a mallet-bearing monster. I shivered as Wendy locked Danny and herself in their room. I was amazed at Kings ability to make me feel a part of the story. I couldn't sleep the first night. I made the mistake of seeing the movie before I read the book. I am now frustrated that such a work was transformed into a souless, hollow movie. Kubrick was out of his league when he tried to make The Shining into a movie. The horror and fright weaved into a story, written on pages, is not done justice poorly depicted on the silver screen. REDRUM! (come here and take your medicine)

Hiding The Obvious

The pairing of The Dante Club with The DaVinci code is a great idea. I have read both and thought they were captivating novels, each in their own way. I loved the way Matthew Pearl kept me guessing right up to the end, even though the answer was right there all the time. His character development was nothing short of genius. The DaVinci Code revealed its secrets in layers which culminated in an idea which I at first thought was outrageous. After examining DaVinci's The Last Supper I again realized that the answer was right there all the time.

On this, the third chapter in the Niccolo series, we fin Nicholas has been "kidnapped" by the 'presumptuous' King of Cyprus who is actually trying to recover his kingdom from his sister.Nicholas is able to help the king and at the same time obtain franchises in his dye works and sugar fields. He meets with Katelina, the mother of his only child, only to lose her once more after they reconcile. Finally, once the island is secure to King Zacco, Nicholas is allowed to return to Venice, where he faces once more his rival family, the de St Pol and Riberac. In this chapter of the story the author makes great use of description in her scenes and they are so vivid! the characters, the settings everything is so masterfully blended with reality and fiction.I loved this book and I have already started the fourth chapter. Good!

Very Unusual, Very Believeable - Absolutely Brilliant

I have read most of James Patterson's books and must admit that I was becoming a bit bored of Alex Cross - the plots were great but you could guarantee that Alex would always win the day. This book however was absolutely brilliant, I couldn't put it down from the first page to the last. It was unusual, totally different but quite believeable in this day of modern genetic science.I would recommend it to anyone who has enjoyed JP's writing in the past.

When I first picked up this book (some 8 years ago) I was initially put off by the thickness of it. But once I started reading I was totally hooked. The strong, self-assured and intellegent female character was truely refreshing. I have given this book to my sisters and to several friends. And whenever I get into a discussion about 'good books' this is one of the books I bring up and strongly encourage every I know to read.Today I have come to shop for this book so that I might send it to a pen-pal in West Africa. He wants me to send him books that will assist him in speaking better english. And this was the first book I thouht to send him. Well that and a dictionary. Thanks to Jean Auel for writing such a great novel.
